Windmills keep an opening in the ice during the coldest winters to allow sun­light in and gases out while it adds a constant supply of fresh oxygen. During hot summers the oxygen in a pond is depleted rapidly. Your windmill will aerate your pond from the bottom to the top as it forces fresh oxygen to your fish while it removes algae fertilizing nitrogen gases. More oxygen will promote zooplankton and daphnia that will eat the unwanted algae. Fresh oxygen will increase appetite growth and stimulate spawning as it removes harmful gases and pollutants from your pond.

Our windmills, in an average wind, have a generous 6 CFM output & will operate 1 or 2 air stone diffusers. You can choose from 18', 23', 28', or 33' overall heights. With our roof mount, you can have your windmill 8' higher than your tallest building to catch the most wind. With our double-pumper compressor, you can pump twice the volume of air and use up to four diffusers simultaneously.
